- All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.

- The packages offered by Kreate Travel Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.
- To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
- Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
- Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
- To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
- Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy :
- All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
- Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
- Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
- Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
- 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
- No show scenarios.
- No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
- Kreate Travel Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Kreate Travel holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Upon arrival at Amritsar station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Our representative will take you to Dharamshala. Reach in Dharamshala, check into the hotel and have some rest. At night have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dharamshala.
Have a healthy breakfast at the Dharamshala’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Dharamshala’s local sightseeing. Proceed to cover Mcleodganj, Tsuglagkhang complex. It is the official residence of 14th Dalai Lama which also hosts Namgyal Gompa, Tibet museum, library, café and a souvenir shop. Experience the serenity in the adopted home town of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama. Other interesting places to cover in Dharamshala will be Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium and local market. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dharamshala.

The place is also famous with the name of “Mini Switzerland of India” due to its similar landscapes to that of Switzerland. Arrive & transfer to Dalhousie hotel. Later visit local sightseeing which will cover Panchpula Waterfall and churches of St. John’s. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis & St. Patrick’s, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dalhousie.

Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjiar Lake and lush greenery surrounding it. Later hit the roads to Dalhousie. On the way back, we will take a halt at Panchpula Waterfall and churches of St. John’s. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis & St. Patrick’s, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dalhousie.
Have a healthy breakfast at the Amritsar’s hotel. Today you will be taking to Amritsar’s local sightseeings. Amritsar is an ideal city to experience spirituality and patriotism at its best. Our Amritsar sightseeing will start off from Golden temple which is one of the holiest Sikh Gurudwara in India. Next place to cover will be Jallianwala Bagh where tragic massacre led by general dyer took place. Other interesting sites to cover will be Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum & ISKON Temple. At Attari border (waga Border), feel the passion for unity and patriotism rising. This is a place where you can see security forces of India and Pakistan lowering their flags in respect of each other. By evening you will be escort back to hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Amritsar.
